As part of another momentous milestone in Binastra Land’s success story, Binastra Land has expanded into the hospitality line, driving the establishment of a 4-star hotel that has become Southeast Asia’s tallest Mercure Hotel. This hotel is within the integrated mixed development of Binastra Trion@KL that features vibrant retail offerings, residences, as well as an airbnb concept for serviced apartments.

2014
Binastra Land has achieved a significant milestone by being recognised by the prestigious International Property Awards. It received the Best Architecture Award for its work on The Park @ Bukit Serdang.

Binastra Land ventured into property development and since then, has completed quality houses, apartments, condominiums, commercial premises and industrial spaces within the Klang Valley area.
